*Payments at parcel lockers can only be made by card; cash is not accepted.

You may exchange an item if:

• The size does not fit
• The item is damaged
• You received a product you did not order

An exchange is possible provided that the original labels have not been removed from the ordered items and you possess the original boxes in which the items were delivered. When exchanging, nothing may be taped or written on the packaging, and the items must not have been worn, as we will not accept such items for return.

The exchange is carried out via a courier; you receive the new package and hand over the return item to the courier.
(a return bag is included in the new package)

GLS charges 16€ for the exchange, and we cover 50% of that cost.

If you order another item (regardless of the amount), then we pay the full cost of the exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
